Order Status & Returns

In order to ensure the quickest response for questions regarding tracking the status of your order, changing or cancelling an order, or initiating a return process, please contact the storefront where you made your purchase. If you did not receive a response from our storefront and need to contact us directly, please email us at support@turnipstationery.com or use the contact form below. Include the store name where you purchased from and your order number to ensure that we can resolve your request as soon as possible.

Do you offer gift wrapping for orders?

Yes! We offer free basic gift wrapping automatically with all of our orders in addition to ensuring that every order is padded and packaged properly for safe travels to your destination.

For a more personalized and complex gift wrapping, we charge a small additional fee in order to cover the extra material costs. Currently, we only provide this service in our Etsy store.

Discounts & Coupons

Occasionally, we will run product sales when new products are released or during holiday seasons. We recommend following our social media accounts for coupon code drops or subscribing to our newsletter for up-to-date news about discounts, new blog postings, or product updates.
